正确答案是 C 但是C选项逗号分明就连接了两个句子啊， its acoustic energy 是就变成了第二个主语啊？？求解答啊快考试了谢谢大家

逗号分开了两个分句，没什么不对啊。难道LZ要去掉逗号？

有IS 表示被动才是个句子，

C. its acoustic energy prevented from dissipating by

C 没IS ,是个独立主格

可是我把prevent 理解成谓语动词不可以吗？这样的话不是还是句子吗？这样理解哪里错了呢？
