这道题目看了很久都不明白为啥要选B,求大牛赐教，跪谢！

电动车无法满足偶尔长途旅游的需求, 所以电动车不好卖. 为了吸引人购买电动车, 厂商计划对购买电动车的人进行奖励, 即他们用电动车行驶每1000m, 就会获得free rental of car 3天.

评估计划可行性, 削弱方向

B 大部分人每周通勤至少100m, (infer这样电动车厂商就需要频繁向顾客提供免费租车), 成本高了, 自然羊毛出在羊身上, 价格都加在电动车了, 而电动车本身价格就很高了 (infer, 那不是更不好卖了么?)
