constitution is a liberal (A)--------- it is interpreted and applied in a liberal way(B) A是B的充分条件

(E) A constitution is a liberal constitution if it is possible to interpret it in a liberal way.

If only through analysis of the written text, you can't determine that a written constitution is liberal, except you also consider "applied in a liberal way"

我没有细想analysis对应interpreted：） SW....OG，你应该进步不小吧。我记得看过你原来的帖子你还在抱怨错不知道多少个呢。现在蛮不错嘛：）

其实还是很糟糕的。每次做新题目都是错一半以上，到现在还是的，而且各个部分都是这样。我自己也挺奇怪的，怎么给别人能讲的清楚，自己做题目就不行了呢？还是很郁闷的！

是不是时间和心态的问题，有时候越想对得多，越容易错，只要心情放轻松了，反而好很多。什么时候考呢？

不过错一半以上真的有点过了，努力：）

1。ANALYSIS不对应INTERPRET。

2。B对的原因是：根据原文a written constitution becomes a liberal 的必要条件是interpreted and applied in a liberal way。即要变liberal, 一定是interpreted and applied in a liberal way。所以analysis of the written text就不是唯一的条件啦，至少还有interpreted and applied in a liberal way这条件。

Think in this way, if it is possible to determine that a written constitution is liberal merely through careful analysis of the written text, then as to determine whether WC is liberal or not, it is not necessary to have it interpreted nor applied in a liberal way.
