标题: 求教gwd逻辑题一道 削弱
TrueSave is a mail-order company that ships electronic products from its warehouses to customers worldwide. (背景) The company’s shipping manager is proposing that customer orders be packed with newer, more expensive packing materials that virtually eliminate damage during shipping.(前提1)  The manager argues that overall costs would essentially remain unaffected(结论), since the extra cost of the new packing materials roughly equals the current cost of replacing products returned by customers because they arrived in damaged condition(前提2,直接前提).

结论:使用新的包装材料后总成本不会受实质性影响。

选项:
A. Whether the products shipped by TrueSave are more vulnerable to incurring damage during shipping than are typical electronic products是否T公司发送的产品比其他电子产品更容易受损。无关。
B. Whether electronic products are damaged more frequently in transit than are most other products shipped by mail-order companies是否电子产品在运送时比其他邮寄订货公司发出的其他产品更容易损坏。无关。
C. Whether a sizable proportion of returned items are returned because of damage already present when those items were packed for shipping是否相当一部分退货在没送时就已经损坏了。
回答:Y,则更换材料不解决问题啊,成本会上升,削弱。
回答N,则更换材料可以解决损坏问题,成本不变,支持。
D. Whether there are cases in which customers blame themselves for product damage that, though present on arrival of the product, is not discovered until later是否有消费者责怪自己,虽然产品在送货时就损坏了,他们没有当时发现,无关。
E. Whether TrueSave continually monitors the performance of the shipping companies it uses to ship products to its customers是否T经常监督它使用的运输公司的表现,无关。

还是不明白d  回答是消费者有 责怪自己 的情形,就不会换货,这样原来的成本就低,换包装反而成本高了
回答否,消费者不会责怪自己, 会换货,原来成本可以解决问题,成本不变
我的思路错在哪里啊。。。

快考试了纠结这提啊求NN解答

我是这么理解D选项的:
是不是有一些损坏,是顾客在最开始验货的时候没有发现的,而后认为是自己损坏的?

如果顾客发现了,他们就会退回;如果没有发现,他们就会自责。
但是这与新材料无关,所以不能选。

我觉得d的意思是 later发现的damage, 顾客会不会把这东西坏了归咎于自己 如果归咎于自己了就不会退货 如果没归咎自己就会退货呀

同意二楼,顾客自责看上去似乎有道理,但是和manager的方案无关。一定要注意这个,这是GMAC最惯常的手法。

我觉得D选项的重心还是在后面“...is not discovered until later”
