疑惑点在A
个人理解的逻辑链为： fee-》reduce trash->protect parklands
A选项在说第一个逻辑推导过程：即 fee确实能 “reduce the amount of trash they putout”
关于国外网站对A的解读说是 减少购买的东西并不一定能减少产生的垃圾，我个人觉得这不是A选项的重点，A的主要意思就在于说明这个费用确实能让人们减少垃圾（不管他们是用设么方法减少的- 减少购买or反复利用之类的）
若选C，我就理解为defender assumption了，虽然也说得通，但是从题干“If the county continues to collect residentialtrash at current levels, landfills will soon be overflowing and parkland willneed to be used in order to create more space.” 所以这里的gap难道不是 fee 需要确实能减少这个垃圾产生的数量么？？？
求解啊~~~~~
感觉assumption有些类型的题目思路无法跟gmac统一啊= =

我部分同意楼主对A选项的分析
“我个人觉得这不是A选项的重点，A的主要意思就在于说明这个费用确实能让人们减少垃圾（不管他们是用设么方法减少的- 减少购买or反复利用之类的）”但是楼主忽视了是居民减少了通过collection这个方式回收的垃圾，但是垃圾真减少了吗，没说！
A选项提供的信息只是收费这个措施对collection的有效性的一个可能的结果，但不是题目观点：this charge will therefore protect theremaining county parkland的必要条件。

我是看的bible的笔记
关于assumption的题目如果有gap：就去填补这个gap，为support assumption;若推理链无gap：则是defender assumption。
那类似这种题，是不是都得默认所有出台的政策法规最后在实行的时候都是确实有效的？
如果此题：这个fee并不会使得人们去减少总垃圾 ，那么assume C:人们不会非法地将垃圾扔到parkland，这样最后还是无法protect parkland= =
抹灰是我的逻辑有问题= =

我觉得是A的错误在于说by reducing the number of products they buy. 因为假如取否命题，就算这个是A是错的，也就是residents不会减少垃圾by reducing the number of products they buy， 但这不等于他们不能使用其他的方法比如回收等来减少垃圾。所以对A取否定并不能伤害到结论，也就不是assumption了

赞这个~看了这个终于明白OG解释的啥意思了~！！！！
OG说即使收费会直接有这个结果，（这个结果就是说的人们【通过减少商品购买】来降低垃圾）而题目根本不需要假设会有这个结果；可能人们会继续买这么多商品，但是会用的久一点或者重复使用。
所以取否了也不能完全削弱~~

我想问对A项取非 是对reduce取非还是对buy取非？
