标题: 难题一枚，求牛人解答
When computer hackers released the "I Love You" virus in 2000, it raced around the world deleted music files and images, as well as raiding email addresses to multiply itself and send itself and other emails onward.

此题其实很简单，但是，我在判断delete的时态的时候忧郁了很久，想着M笔记上曾强调，一句话里如果没有特别的时间标志词最好使用同一事态，于是选了deleted，答案是deleting....as well as raiding,

请问各位大牛，遇见这样的题如何判断，ing的形式是表伴随我知道，只是如何确切判断在怎样的语境下使用，谢谢！

这题未必像楼主说的那么简单呢，不选deled也不是因为时态的问题。

如果选了deleted，就是被动，所以LZ能选deleted吗？

确实不是时态问题，ing为伴随，只是该如何判断，对于这样的判断没有感觉，所以就选了时态一致的

亲，并不是所有ed都是表被动的吧

我的看法是这样的前边raced 已经有了谓语动词了，后边又没有and不能直接再出来一个谓语动词。
如果说的不对咱们继续探讨

我同意这个考察的不是时态问题，而是语义加语法。前面说it raced around the world 后面没有comma，没有连词，而且语义是表达伴随的，所以只能选deleting来表达。其次你选A或D就失去了原句想要表达parallelism的意愿。

同意，多个谓语动词要有连词的~~

明白，靠是否有逗号及连词，可判断伴随~~

We rewrite this sentence: The virus raced around the world....................................to multiple itself and send itself and other emails onward.

What delect music files and images? What?

Should be "The virus" right?
so we go with C,D
And as well as.............parellel structure. We go with C

when we see" -ed" in a sentence, there must be several possibilities:
1. as a verb. (past tense)
2.as a modifier
a. modify the preceding noun (as adj.)
b. modify a verb (as adv.)

In this sentence, " it raced around the world" is a complete sentence,hence,"detect" can be a verb.
It must be a modifiers.
when use "-ed", it modifies the preceding noun "world" . That do not make sense.

here,we use "detecting", it modifiers the subject and verb - it raced.
