the answer is A, but I really wonder "supporting" is parallel with "saying" or with "denounce"?

I think it is parallel with "denounce"

but from the grammatical aspect, it seems parallel with "saying"

please help!!

saying之后解释denounce的内容，而while supporting简洁，while有对比意味，且指同时发生~
下面这道题：

明白了！就是supporting依旧是和denounce对应的~但是while后面直接加ing比较简洁，谢谢！！！！！！！！！
