C选项中that 不是应该紧跟在所修饰的名词后面么，如果说这里that是跳跃修饰，是因为that后面的内容太长因此后置的么？是不是如果其他选项有明显错误，则that跳跃修饰是可以接受的呢，是不是并没有that应该紧跟在所修饰的名词后面这条rule啊

.答案选B 可是这里they指代costs,应该指代 nuclear plants 吧~

that 有说法说是不能跳跃修饰吗？应该根据文意来判断吧。。
第二题they是指代nuclear plants

第二个题
the fixed costs make the electricity they generate more expensive.
they 肯定有指代主语the fixed costs的歧义啊~

我以为只有不就近修饰而往前指代主语叫做跳跃修饰，原来不是哦~~~

that作定语从句引导词的时候是就近修饰最好了，但是大前提是不要跳过动词就可以了，这里没有跳过谓语是可以对的。就近修饰是为了避免歧义。
