A选项其中的coordinating既可修饰illustrations，又可修饰BP，是不是如果coordinating前是完整句子、就不会有歧义：coordinating只可能修饰整个句子？
就像下面这个句子，

，ing的形式有两种用法，一种是修饰，之前的整个句子产生了怎样的结果（结果状语），第二种是修饰，之前句子的主语（作为主语的伴随状语，同时怎样了）！注意，不能修饰，之前紧跟名词！如果想修饰紧跟名词要去掉，直接ing！

个人觉得问题是in her book illustrations，这个插入语看上去是修饰的BP那个人，但是根据逻辑意思应该是 in her book illustrations，BP干了什么事情。而且修饰最好是就近修饰，既然有插入语更应该是紧接着修饰前面的内容，我原来做这题的时候看到A直接跳过去了，因为修饰的逻辑对象不对。。。

SVO + 逗号 + V-ing的形式中，V-ing肯定是修饰前面句子的。不过这道题里面好像不能按你说的改。反正我想了半天没想出来怎么改，还是觉得用which更好。

Neu，having..这个是紧紧修饰前边的主句名词的，注意形似，楼主再好好看看你的帖子里边BABYMM的详细解释，关于S,Ving,VO的形式。

注意不可一竿子下结论。

ing修饰的是preceding clause。所以第二题covering是修饰前面的句子。
