The correct answer is D, but in Choice D, i guess should be "as humans and other warm-blooded animals do" rather than"as do humans and other warm-blooded animals"?

Also, why can't choice C be the right answer?

C 选项 can 和 has 不对称

D 选项用as humans and other warm-blooded animals do 也可以，倒装也可以

所以have the ability和情态动词can是不能替换的？
