The reading material thought that selling fossils may do harm to both scientists and the public. But the listening material hold different opinion that the bad side of selling fossil was just been amplified.
Firstly, the reading material said that private collectors would not allow the public to view their collections. But the listening passage said oppositely that it would not lead to less exposure to public. In this way, low-level insitute such as some public schools can buy some fossils to exhibite to their students. So it will enhance the exposure of these fossils to the public.
In addition, the reading material hold the opinion that scientists are less likely to access to some imporatnt fossials and to misse cruical discoveries. But the listening passage thought that the scientists are the only people who know how to distinguish the fossils, so all the fossils on the commerial market may gone through the scientists' eyes. The important discoveries cannot be missed.
Finally, the reading material the fossils collectors often destory valuable evidence associated with the fossils they unearth. But the listening materials casting doubt on this conclusion, it said that more fossils unearthed would lead to more discoveries. Even with some damage about the location information, but the advantage of more samples is more important to some research insitutes and universities.
In conclusion, the reading material just hold toally different opinions with the listening material, as listed above in three main points.

今天来发下TPO 15,以后每天坚持发一篇哈。

The reading passage introduces three ways to deal with the cane toad problem. But the lecture just gives three opposite reasons to these solutions and thought those methods are ridiculous.
At first, the reading passage thought that building a national fence to stop the spread of the toad is possible. But the lecture said that the cane toad's eggs would be sent by the streams to the other side of national fence, so they can also set up new habitat there.
In addition, the reading passage said that the toads could be caught and killed by volunteers. But the lecture thought that these men would be more likely to do harm to some native endangered frogs by mistakes.
At last but not least, the reading passage gives the solution that we can invent a new virus that only target to the cane toads to decrease the population. But the lecture keeps casting doubt on this plausible reason, because it said that if this virus would be carried by other reptile and amphibian species to South American, it could cause ecological disasters by devastating the population of cane toads.
As all above we have discussed, we can easily find that the reading passage and the lecture just holds totally different opinions on each main reasons listed.

The reading passage thought the United Kingdom has a long period history of human settlement, but the archaeology science was faced with serious problems. But the lecture said when the new guideline was set up in 1991, a new epoch had just been opened.
At first, the reading passage said that many valuable artifacts were lost to construction projects, many of them were destroyed. But the lecture thought the new site must be examined by archaeologists before construction under new guideline, so if this site has some valuable things, the archaeologists can just make a plan to protect and document it.
Additionally, the reading passage thought that the financial support for archaeological research was not enough. But the lecture said it oppositely, because all the expenditure was covered by construction companies, not the government, it would be new resource for archaeological research.
Last but not least, the reading passage said that it was difficult to have a career in archaeological field, there were never many positions available. But the lecture cast doubt on this issue by thought that this new guideline could provide a new stage for many paid work in this field. The archaeologist can make their lives by making protection plans to receive high wages.
So as all discussed above, we can find that the reading passage holds totally different opinions on three main areas mentioned in the lecture.

The reading passage thought that the growth of human population, agriculture activities and usage of chemical pesticide would cause the birds’ population decline in United States. But the lecture said that all these three factors were not convincing.
At first, the reading passage said that with human settlements continuing to expand, birds’ natural habitats would disappear. But the lecture thought that the urban situations would also provide some new habitats for some birds. For example, even some falcons' population increase in the urban areas. So it is hard to say all the birds' population decrease in view of the urban development.
Additionally, the reading passage thought that human population was increasing with the growth of agricultural activities. But the lecture cast doubt on this reason by saying that there were less and less land to use in agricultural field in United States, the crops demands could be satisfied by the land already used. So the reading passages reason would not happen in near future.
Finally, the reading passage said that the use of chemical pesticides could do harm to birds by toxic insects and contaminated water. But on the opposite, the lecture thought that people had already known the bad effect of traditional pesticide. So they developed another less toxic pesticide to kill insects and innovated pest-resistance crops that would do no harm to birds eat them but can kill pest effectively.
