C选项，他的语法有错么
因为它是主洗标结构，所以ing形式既不可以做伴随也不可以做结果，只可以做补充说明。
但是他这个补充说明又不是补充islets 所以他错了。不知道我的理解对不对。

C怎么看怎么不爽. already + -ing.....？我还没有见过在，ing 这个结构来一个现在完成时态的标志词already。
我觉得这个句子主要的错误是时态的问题。
而且，你看原句的结构，because ....tiny islets can be the....., .... have already stimulated....
这隐含着前面那个成分是次，后面那个是主。
C答案明显的就是主次颠倒了。这点看，也是错误的。它强调的对象错了~

因为我看过之前讨论的就是说因为他是主席表结构，所以不能做伴随和结果
