题目说的是 special program information只有安装了RDS才能接受的到。在1994到1996这种提供special program的电台在V从250到了600.但是在V安装了RDS的数量没有变化，所以在能接受到 special program information的数量也不会有明显的变化。（因为第一句的前提）。
Assumption 基本做法取非变削弱。A 说的是1994之后开的提供special program的电台很少有在之前没有覆盖的范围之内。取非就是这些电台大都在之前不覆盖的范围内，所以范围大了就不能确定能接受到special program information的数量数量了，削弱。作者: ashlyzhu 时间: 2013-9-16 16:15
前提：station只播放广播给装了RDS的radio.
station(电台)从250增加到600。
but，RDS的radio却没有变。
结论：那么收到广播的的人不变。
这里面有一个gap,就是并不是所有的人（尽管他们有RDS radio）在1994年都能收到广播啊。如果总共十个人有RDS radio，但是只有7个能收到广播，自从电台增加了后，剩下的3个也能收到广播，那么收到广播的人就从7个变成10个人了。
所以要加强的话，必须把这个GAP拿掉，也就是A，也就是说之前收不到广播的人还是收不到广播，这样收到广播的人数就不变了。。。 作者: dakuandakuan 时间: 2013-9-17 12:38

我有个疑问 D － 如果仅仅是事实重复，那GMAC也太扯了吧
如果新一代radio不equipped RDS了呢但一样能接收了呢？
万一1996年开始，新一代radio可以接受了呢？
就像DVD player也可以放CD － 你不能说听CD的人减少了，我这里随便举个例子
