In parts of South America, vitamin-A deficiency is a serious health problem, especially among children. The plan has good chances of success, since sweet potato is a staple of the region’s diet and agriculture, and the varieties currently grown contain little beta-carotene.

这题我选D哦。答案是D么？

选C就不行了，C的意思是：还有其他种类的POTATO 比SPK004 含更丰富的beta-carotene ，眼下之意是要人PLANT其他类的POTATO，但是这个题的用意是要人接受这个PLANT SPK004从而让人们的营养更好。所以有两个意思，一，PLANT SPA004，2，可以有更多的营养，让人们更健康。

以上为偶的愚见/。
