选c。表现受到氧气量的限制，oxy含有氧气，理论上应该有用，结论却没有用。boldface是解释理论上的削弱，它因削弱，没用因为oxy的氧气根本用不到，本身氧气已经足够。
选项是另一个它因，因为oxy根本无法吸收。

前提：限制physical performance的因素是：肌肉从血液里吸收的氧气。
企业家销售还有氧气的水。
结论：这水没用，因为血液中的氧气比肌肉可以吸收的多。
再找个加强结论的选项就行了。
C说：得到氧气的唯一方法是肺， 所以这水没用
