正确答案是D，虽然语感上选的是D，但是Long before it was fashionable to be an
expatriate中的it若放在Paris前面，是否会引起指代不清的情况？？

我理解的是，it并不指代paris，
it is fashionable to be an expatriate 只是个主语从句啊————做个移居国外的人很fashionable
（句意蛮奇怪的，大概这个Josiphine不是法国人）
所以不存在指代不明的问题。
