题目三句话。第二句黑体字部分显然是一个结论，有it can be concluded that...引导。第一句，说明了一个情况，DP这个公司干了什么。就是把一部分旧技术换成了新技术。第三句，provides the support of the conclusion,提供证据解释了这个结论。因为产量一直的前提下，所使用的fossil fuel去发动新技术所需的电比就技术所需的电量要少。

B是说，第一句话支持结论，第二句阐述结论的内容（就是结论是什么）。

我觉得这个题目用排除法比较容易。首先，第二句的黑体字部分肯定是一个结论，所以排除A C D E了。

求批判。
