想請教nn們這句子的結構應該如何分析.最後一個heirlooms是指heirloom tomatoes么?這個部份在整句中做什麽成份?爲什麽要這麼說呢?

典型的状语从句结构。heirlooms就是heirloom tomatoes是主语。

去掉所有修饰的句子主干为：although heirloom tomatoes appear less appetizing than most of their round and red supermarket cousins，heirlooms are more flavouful and thus in increasing demand. 就是“although+状语从句，主句”的结构，不知道我讲清楚了没。。

謝謝啊,主幹清楚了.

那"they are often green and stiped, or have plenty of bumps and bruises"是插入語?這個"they"指代的也是heirloom,是么?總覺得插入語或者修飾成份都遵從靠近原則,所以不清楚這個用法的根據是什麽.

您怎麼理解的呢?
