标题: 请求大牛帮我解答一道关于so as to的题

OG10-171.In 1527 King Henry VIII sought to have his marriage to Queen Catherine annulled so as to marry Anne Boleyn.

(A) so as to marry

(B) and so could be married to

(D) so that he could marry

(E) in order that he would marry

Key: D

so as to和so that都是表目的的，而且so as to在这里前后主语也都一致的，为什么这里要选so that呢？感觉两个都对的。。。

我语法也不好哈，但是我感觉后面的动词是要和sought保持一致的，不是和to be

sought to have …… so as to，这里so as to是跟sought还是跟have？
意思可能没有歧义，语法上必然是有ambiguity的。
另外，GMAC一般so as to都是错误用法，因为用三个单词不如用一个单词的to

LZ，之所以目的状语部分一定要加主语成为从句，是因为前面的部分会造成歧义，到底是Queen Catherine annulled so as to marry Anne Boleyn？还是King Henry VIII sought to have his marriage annulled so as to marry Anne Boleyn？

so as to 要求的是但主语，这里有so as to难免会让人以为是queen要marry Anne
