已看讨论贴，没搜到Ron的解释，请大牛解释E选项！我已知道C最好、我想的是assistant majority whip and vice-chair of the Democratic Senatorial Committee are among the several posts，可以的吧？

这样有run-on sentence的感觉吧，不简洁，真没including好

run on应该是指两个句子却被不能分隔两个句子的成分(如逗号）连在了一起，所以这里不是run on。
它确实没有C好。
只是C太熟悉了，我有点不敢选,额。。。

run-on sentence因该是指fail to use the right punctuation and/or conneting words to join two clauses.
wrong: i need to relex, i habve so many things to do.(run-on sentence)
right: i need to relax, but i have so many things to do.

a comma is not enough to join two main clauses. a sentence that violates this rule is called a run-on sentence.

run on是这个意思。
但是我意思是among them being开头的这个不是句子呀
