我想问这个study 不是说明common相比于private不是更好吗，那不就是说明private的条件没有common好么。而D选项不是正好反过来了吗，说common不好……

是不是我没读明白题呢？

你对错答案了，答案明显选D啊。这一题有很多变体，有一个evaluate题型才选C.

这题关键是读懂题目。拿现在的情况比说共用地情况没变差。那么自己和自己比呢？这个才是最重要的。譬如：好汉不提当年勇，虽然现在还是很勇，但是和以前比，那可差多了！。。。
