求解释一下CDE后半句的many of them，many of them 和many of whom各自区别，前两个错在哪里？

我说说我的理解= =这个我也不太会= =many of them的话，应该是做同位语补充说明吧，有了are是不能做同位语的，many of them之后也可以加are，不过这样的话，就变成两个句子，要有相应的连词。比如，there are 40 students in my class and many of them are boys.然后many of whom就变成很正常的定语从句啦。

C主要错这句 but in Laos with a population of only four million people，这里wordy
看看E，Laos has a population of only four million people这个多precise
D错在比较landarea和the size，比较对象不一致

后半句不是绝对的错误啦
