E选项的them为什么clearly指代 chambers，而不会造成指代tourists的歧义？

这个them，看了几个帖子，众说纷纭。有的说代词不代介宾所以不歧义，有的说可以说E的them是歧义的，只是E选项比起其他的更好。
到底是哪种情况现在搞不清楚。

这道题的考点主要是平行，
而关于这里的指代确实没有明确的解释，但是指代模糊并不是fatal error……SO。。建议不要太过纠结这个了
做题的时候最好也不要把指代模糊作为排除的优先依据……
