标题: 关于黄金80中一道题目的理解问题，马上考试了，拜托！
The following appeared as part of an article in the business section of a local newspaper:
“The owners of the Cumquat Café evidently made a good business decision in moving to a new location, as can be
seen from the fact that the Café will soon celebrate its second anniversary there. Moreover, it appears that businesses
are not likely to succeed at the old location: since the Café’s move, three different businesses—a tanning salon, an
antique emporium, and a pet-grooming shop—have occupied its former spot.”
Discuss how well reasoned . . . etc.

看范文什么的都说加黑这一句话的意思是三家都在这个位置上倒闭过（以此来论证这个位置不好），但我的理解是这三家现在这个位置上开着（现在完成时），并没有什么倒闭的意思啊，这两个意思相差很大对于论证来说,是我理解错了么？多谢！快考试了，在准备作文思路

范文的理解没错应该。

第一句说搬去新地儿是个good decision。然后给了两个理由 1、... 2、在咖啡搬走之前，那里已经有过3个店了。

我能理解楼主的意思。。确实没有说”这三个倒闭了/经营地不好”，这个意思被原文“默认”了，因此如果是我。。我会把它当成一个fallacy去argue。。
