画线的那个that 原句中是which。M的解释是 后面这个从句是identify the wine 所以是essential clause.因此用that.
但是M的88页不是说 GMAT不考察 which 和that 哪个用于essential 么（essential 只考虑 commas）.我也google了一下，都说的不是那么全面。只是说essential用that nonessential 用which
