1.我当时做题的思路是，that限定性定语从句，一定要紧跟先行词，这里的先行词是individual，不对，排除掉。

看了答案，也就是说，that可以跳跃介词结构修饰前面的先行词？其他结构可以吗？

2.我当时把creating理解为结果状语
结果状语必须和主句用逗号隔开吗？

A THAT是可以跳跃的，因为这里用了CREATE，是修饰复数名词reactions的,所以无修饰歧义~~
同样的，which也是可以跳跃修饰的，前提都是主谓一致避免歧义
C creating 没有逗号隔开，很有可能是在修饰全句(lying)~但其实是想修饰 reaction
