标题: 求大神！！！
The three women,liberal activists who strongly support legilation in favor of civil rights and environmental protection,have consistently received laor's unqualifying support.
A.have consistently received labor's unqualifying support
B are consistently receiving the unqualifying support of the labor
C have consistently received the unqualified support of the labor
D receive consistent and unqualified support by labor
E are receiving consistent and unqualified support by labor

最后在ABC之间挣扎
有人说B不选是因为是进行时
但是之前有语法知识说always/consistently + 进行时表示的动作并不一定在说话时正发生或正进行，只是表示某人具有一种令人讨厌或赞赏的行为举动。我选的B因为觉得是在持续不断的receive。
A和C之间就更不能分清，除了unqualified和unqualifying，没有别的可以入手的了。
求大神解答！！！！
