The higher the level of certain vitamins and minerals in the bloodstream, the better a person's lung function, as measured by the amount of air the person can expel in one second. The lung function of smokers is significantly worse, on average, than that of nonsmokers. Clearly, therefore, one way for smokers to improve their lung function is for them to increase their intake of foods that are rich in these helpful vitamins and minerals.

选项E 看不懂什么意思啊，INTRODUCE INTO 的到底是什么东西啊，是吸烟产生的物质，还是维他命啊？

E的意思是说：吸烟不会带进身体一些化学物质（这些物质可能是烟本身有的，也有可能是吸烟后在身体内产生化学反应得到的，反正就是因为吸烟进入身体的），这些化学物质会阻止维他命和矿物质的吸收。

introduce into 应该是倒装句
introduce X into Y 到装成 introduce into YX
就像bring to 达到装一样
bring X toY 倒装成 bring to YX
smoking does not introduce chemicals(that...) into the body
是正常顺序的句子

想问个问题噶
在纠结D 如果不抽烟能解决问题根本就不需要这种diet了啊

3楼的倒装正解，LZ参考一下。（倒装是因为chemical后面的修饰语太长，因此如果放在to前面，就很突兀）

D也是纠结了我半天，最后觉得这个是目标和方案的问题，

目标是  增强抽烟者的肺功能
方案是  增加含有维他命事物的摄入
要加强方案能达到目标

D 的话涉及到一个新的方案戒烟，应该是无关吧
就算是两个方案对比的话，说戒烟不比改善饮食更好，那也就是说两者差不多？有点削弱的意思吧

E 就是直接说抽烟不影响维他命的摄入，即是  方案是有效的
