我的理解是，（其实我自己也看不懂我在说什么）生物降解的container是来自于普通降解的ba的plastic bits. 因为只有ba可以降解，因此生物降解的塑料和非生物讲解的塑料产生的塑料废品是一致的。

一种部分可降解的塑料容器是使用一些小的琐碎塑料以及可降解的粘合剂（这个粘合剂很明显就是为了粘合前面那些不可降解的塑料）制造而成的。由于只有这些粘合剂能够被降解，导致剩下的是那些小塑料，因此这个当这些塑料容器被丢弃时并没有产生出比那些不可降解容器被丢弃时更少的塑料垃圾。
