arise是不及物动词句子的意思是 xxx 与 yyy 同时兴起所以对于D的解释就是xxx arising simultaneously with yyy 这个with不能少

but是并列连接simultaneously和independently的

我感觉E这个arose放在这里不太对啊，不是应该arising simultaneously with but吗？
