一道多元题：第一屏讲一个国家准备出台一项关于export art的政策， 以下两种情况的的艺术品出口是需要国家给permit的，一个是indigeous art, created at least 20 years ago, costs more than 10000 dollars (具体价钱记不请了）, 另一个是 created at least 35 years ago, costs more than 5000 dollars。无论哪种情况，艺术品必须是这的国家的人创作的 （indigeous）而且目前这个艺术品在其他收藏家那里而不在creater那了。第二屏是一个反对的观点，说这个新政策会减少这个国家的艺术品出口，因为申请出口的permit有花时间又费钱。所以反对的观点提出应该把规定延期到75年。只有2屏没有第三个tab。具体问题记不清了，原谅我吧。。。
