这道题的答案式A,我在A和E中徘徊了一会。因为印象中og的一道题（如下）就选了现在时。所以请问E是因为has的时态不对吗？

LZ，第一题，因为从句作为maintained的内容必须要和它的时态相一致。

而OG的这道题是完全不同的，这道题的从句时态和谓语动词时态是无关的。reduced是谓语它作用于amount，而从句是定语仅仅修饰phosphates。所以与reduced无关，时态也可以不受影响。
