1. Please define how long and in what context have you known the applicant, along with the peer group you are using for your comparisons.

后面的话（along with the peer group you are using for your comparisons.）具体什么意思啊？

6. Please provide an example where the applicant reached beyond her/his own sphere of influence to consider, include or leverage others in the attainment of a more comprehensive solution.

1. 具个例子，老板说你最好。可得看看跟谁比最好，对嘛？这个就是peer group your boss is using for comparison.

你用来和被推荐人比较的群体（比如说可以是所有98届学生，或者是近年来公司召的新毕业本科生，或者是已有5年某领域工作经验的员工等等诸如此类）推荐人为什么认为你在top 5 里呢？得有个参照物阿
