从Parallelism的角度来看(Either...or...), 这道题选择E是没什么问题的，并且没什么别的可能选项。但是date 和 were fashioned 明显不是一个时态的，请教英文是可以这么表达的么？谢谢

一个句子当然可以有不同的时态了。前面的date表示的一个客观陈述的时候，要用一般现在，后面的were是讲的过去发生的，所以要用过去喽。
