B. increased wages it expected to approve from negotiations
C. increasing wage expected to be approved as a result of negotiating

A里面从句中的it指代什么？
表示两个句子的比较可以这么写吗？我觉得正确答案里面为什么找不到谓语啊？
怎么样才能判断究竟是increase in wage 还是increased wage还是increasing wage呢？

increasing 表示正在进行的状态, 在GMAT中不常用, 而increased是表结果, 在GMAT中用地多,作为名词的increase 也经常使用. 在此题中, as a result of >from 导致选A而不选B. it 是指代the city.

有句子比较嘛？
3、谓语：allocated
4、increase in wage ：中心词是increase，介词短语in wage 做修饰。
increased wage和increasing wage：中心词是wage，分词做 increased 和increasing 修饰

它们意思完全不同了，记住随便改变原句合理意思必错！
