翻译过来的句意，是不是”有数量的限制在抓cod and haddock上，但是没有限制在monkfish上，这造成了monkfish的减少由于过度捕捞。”？？

如果是的话，我认为C选项中的which，可以被理解为指代前面的monkfish, 所以排除了C选项。

C的 which应该指前面一整句意思是没有对M尺寸的限制导致M数量的减少
which的这个用法在GMAT中是错误的所以C项是有瑕疵的同求大牛指正
