A,为什么不对啊，by+doing 通过使用公司的利润，这种用法不对吗、还是说with的用法要更简洁

如果非要用分词，为什么不直接使用using呢

因为后面用的是by the later..., 前面也用一个by。。？

其实这儿用by using并不合适，以下是另一道相似的题目；
The organic food industry has organized a successful grassroots campaign—using Web sites, public meetings, and also mass mailings—that have convinced the Department of Agriculture to change the proposed federal regulations for organically grown food.

A.using Web sites, public meetings, and also mass mailings—that have convinced

E.which used Web sites, public meetings, and mass mailings—in convincing

choice (c) means that using websites, etc. was how the industry organized the campaign -- in other words, they used the websites and public meetings to organize the campaign in the first place. that's an incorrect meaning.(the campaign ITSELF used these things; the correct modifier in (a) and (b) shows that relationship
