排除了CDE,但对A和B还是有点乱。

该原则说是的合同的双方。而艺术家和基金的之间的合同双方双方是艺术家和基金会。而得出结论时却说是公众得益。故B对。A错在原文并没说要合理化一个RULE,相反是某个RULE应用到个例。
