作者说以火攻火,自然是把火比做假情报，作者又说水比火好，按照作者的意思, 水要和真话联系才可以做这样的结论，否则结论不成立了。

E里提到WEST EUROPEN,但是作者的结论论述里还包括Soviet, 这就没法解释了。

文中只是提到lying,但是没有说美国的lying有没有效果啊
