为什么C的"it allows that"不对呢？

本菜鸟觉得用that可以更好的具体化后面的解释啊。

C选项：明明用状语从句就能表达了，为什么硬要套一个宾语从句在里面？

首先，allow something... unidiomatic
另外，不知道什么idiomatic也不打紧。仔细读一下C句子的意思，“it allows that money placed in a bank in a less regulated jurisdiction is transferred”
原句中，我们需要表达的是“使得一个在不规范账户内的资金流入到了规范的账户”，这是一个逻辑上很明显的intended meanning.而C的表达allows that money..使得了这一笔钱...重点强调在了这一笔钱上而不是这笔钱的流向。所以C的主要问题不在语法，在句意！

不是Allow that 后面只能用be圆形么！？
