这是解释“D. correct;including修饰remedies，including是介词，其跳跃能力比which强 ”

我想问的是逗号后面那句不是状语从句吗（动词分分词开头）为什么逻辑主语不是主句主语 study？为甚可以指代remedies？

这里的解释很牵强，还是要看句意的连贯。
我觉得这道题，很明显的对句意很理解情况下，就应该针对整句话的意思去选择正确选项，同时考虑平行结构。

我后来看解释都说，这个地方including不是伴随状语，是介词，所以可以refer到remedies，不知道是否如此？

分词作状语不是只有伴随，但说它是介词，我有点怀疑。不过这不影响判断，从现有的几个选项中，其他选项的错误比较明显，应该比较容易选出D。

同意楼主原来的看法，我觉得ving 比 which, with的跳跃性都强。

当然跳跃性最强的是，是句尾的名词性独立从句，你想指原来句子的什么都可以。

因为which不能指代句子所以ABC错
