从句平行固然是好啊，但是第一道题没有两个都加 which 的选项呢我发现that才容易平行 which 没有见过呢

我觉得

66题，不加which是因为and前后的分句，其先行词都是killer whale，所以用 the killer whale, which ... and ...

而80题，加that是因为and前后的分句，讲的是两件事情，所以用 conclude that... and that

can grow和is的主语都是which（killer whale），所以后一个which可以省略。
2. A report by the American Academyfor the Advancement of Science has concluded that many of the dioxins that are currently uncontrolled and North Americans are exposed to come

D的错误首先还不是缺that，而是dioxins后面多了个that，否则conclude that后面的成分就变成了名词 and 一个句子，这显示是不平行的。
改成A report by the American Academyfor the Advancement of Science has concluded that many of the dioxins are currently uncontrolled and North Americans are exposed to come from the incineration of wastes.这样来看结构顺了点，但语义出了问题，NA和exposure的对象（dioxins）之间的联系没了。
继续改A report by the American Academyfor the Advancement of Science has concluded that many of the dioxins currently uncontrolled to which North Americans are exposed to come from the incineration of wastes. 加入了to which，意思就对了。

这样分析下来你发现，North American之前就根本不该有that，因为它不是和前面dioxins部分平行的。
