本人因为要回国，要SUBLEASE我在UF租的房子。
具体信息如下，房子很好，有3个房间（独立卫浴），客厅和厨房。平时也很注意打扫卫生。
小区环境绝对优雅，小区自带游泳池，健身房，篮球场，Business Center, Car Wash。关键的是，只要你住在这里，这些服务全部Free! 周围空气极度新鲜，负离子级别的啊！
地点：Campus Lodge.

Sublease Time: Start from June 1st - July 31st. (2 months)
女生优先。男生也可。因为还有另外2个女生会住在这里。
Very convenient public transportation: You can take No.9, No.34 and No.35 to go to UF/ come back to campus lodge. 甘城本身具不大，主要是拥有能够直达UF的公车，这点就PERFECT了。
关键信息！！：
Rental: If you rent for 2 months, $250 for each month, $500 in total. No other fee.
If you rent for 1 moonth, $300 for each month. No other fee.
房租已经非常公道，周围的人出租都在400刀左右一个月。
这个小区的房子非常紧俏，如果你现在SUBLEASE我的房子，那么等到8月初你就可以直接续租，这样就不会出现租不到房子的情况。
