「疑问」
对于ABCD四个错误选项没有疑问。但是对于E选项的正确句子有点不能理解。
restrctions on 后面是加了一个从句吗？介词后面可以加从句？

restrctions on后面接的是the amount of grain这个名词词组，而这个名词词组被farmers will be allowed to grow这个宾语从句修饰；记得之前有个帖子还问这里的宾语从句为什么省略that。这个有争议

明白了！谢谢啦！忽略掉了这点〜
个人觉得farmers will be allowed to grow这句话不是宾语从句，是定语从句，因为that指代的先行词在定语从句里充当宾语，所以可以省略。貌似Manhattan里也有讲到这个省略方式〜

打错了是定语从句，manhattan好像没有这点哦，找到的话可以分享我下
