问题问的是，哪个选项provides most support for the view that Mammoth Industries cannot increase its sales of telephones by adopting the plan outlined above
问的是哪个选项支持M实施该计划后无法提高其销售量。
E despite一个轻微的零售价格的下跌，M电话的产量去年下降了。
就是这个啦，M本来想要利用这个increase，利用这个趋势来增加销售，但是事实没M没有这个趋势，它的销售量去年下跌了。
因此它想 take advantage of this increase就没有办法成立。
因此E削弱。

两个点注意下
第一是问题，没有问支持plan，问的是支持plan没效果。
第二个点Sales of telephones have increased dramatically over the last year， butsales of Mammoth Industries' telephones have fallen in the last year. 所以M想take advantage of this increase的想法不成立。
