B: More than any other animal,
C: More than another animal,
D: Unlike any animal,
E: Compared to other animals,

答案是B，why? (i chose E )

虽然大家都说gmat不对compare to/with 作区分，但是我觉得还是有区分的。
不做区分 -> 在于语义上面，compare to 也可以解释为“比较”，而非只是“比作”。
作区分 -> compare with 是同类比较，compare to 是异类比较。
这里显然是同类比较，所以用compared with 应该就木有问题。

这是我的观点，请指教。同意请悬赏。谢谢啊。

不敢苟同。
compare.....to.....为“把。。。。。比作。。。。。。”，而compare.....with....为“。。。与。。作比较”。
但当为过去分词形式compared时,compared to 和 compared with 不作区别，都为与。。。作比较。

我想你可能没明白我上面这话的意思，我之所以吧B选项用这么一方式表达，就是告诉你B与E和D的根本区别，
B选项就是告诉你，其他的动物也会exemplifies the unbridled ferocity of "nature red in thetooth and claw." 而the wolvenine does more. 而E选项，不表示其他动物会exemplifies the unbridled ferocity，只强调了the wolvenine does。这是B与E的根本区别。

我上面对RobinSW 的回复，只是阐述了compare to 与 compare with的区别，以及它们的过去分词状态下的区别，并不是针对问题。

楼上说的很对。
从逻辑表达上来说，可能更容易理解些

简单点说：Gmat有一个原则，尽量不改变原句逻辑。
而本题，原句是意思就是比较W和其他动物之间某种程度的不同。
E选项只是说了，有某种不同，没标明其他动物也有那种特性。

compare to 是异类之间的比较，compare with 是同类之间的比较？

选B和选E 含义是不同的。但是这句话很烦人啊换一个简单的：
more than any other students, Tom own stamps.-—— Tom own more stamps than any other students. 这句话意思是汤姆比其他同学的邮票更多。其他学生也有邮票只是没他多而已。
compared to other students, Tom own stamps.—— 这句话意思是汤姆有邮票，但是其他学生都没有。

明显第一个意思才是我们想要的。

怎么看大家都纠结在compare to和compare with上了，原句本身有一个more than的关系，这个是一个比较级，虽然同是比较，但是compare to相当于改变了原句的逻辑意思了，而题目又没有明确的点告诉这个比较级是错误的，所以这种情况下，我们是不能改变这个结构的
