答案选E, 我就是有点confuse后面的句子做什么成分.是同位语从句还是补语从句.请指教!!

the pronoun one is sufficient to introduce the modifier and the sentence is more fluid without that.

one本身已经含有修饰句子的功能，that在这里重复反而使句子不流畅！

我的看法是：believe to be 不用that，that无法还原回原句。
