Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? It is more important for schools to fund their students' social activities than to improve students'meals.
思路:1,让步。社会活动是课堂学习的补充,例如志愿经历。
          2,但是研究发现(编编编)近年来学生的整体身体素质下降。学校改善伙食迫在眉睫。
          3,其他科学表明,除了能帮助学生增强素质还有其他功效。


It is reasonable for students or parents to argue about the necessarity to fund social activities in schools owing


to the various advantages they bring to students. For example, a English learning corner would directly contribute


to the improvement of English listening and speaking abilities. However, taking into account the general health


situation of teenagers and their long-term development, the assersion that funding for students' social activities


weigh over students' meals can not completely convince me.




Admittedly, social activities are phenomenal through the education period except for classes and lessons. In a


common scenaria, activities ranging from sports, academy and social work exert profound influence during the grow-up


of a student. Take the volunteer activities for example, by involving with the old in communities who usually be


ingored or children who barely enjoy love from parents and society, the youth would be deeply occupied by


reponsibilities and duties. Distinguished from everyday class, social activities compensate for traditional study.


There is the old saying goes that education is not a process to insert information into a people but to elicit what


he original has: social activities are wide stages to accomplish it.




Nevertheless, confronting the urgent problems--according to a recent national survey on 40,000 schools' students,


the healthy rate is decreasing by 20% than five years ago--immediant measures should be taken to circumpect about


the student's health problems. In this case, the action schools should take is to improve meals, especially for


lunch. Suppose that nutritients and energies evitable for students cannot be attained, unfortunately, there is a


chance that our youth would be unattainable to cope with difficulties and burdens which consuming energy severely.


Viewing from a long-term sight, a breaking health is unsustainable for people's social life in the future.




Moreover, cited from a scientifical essay, a beneficial improvement in meals is strongly possible for enhancing the


wise and inteligence of students. In addition, the positive effect even refers to more active behaviors and better


satisfaction of the school. What is more, a better meal would attract students to spare more time on the lunch or


supper implying that chances for new friends and discussions are increased. In sum, the meal revolution could


achieve beyond our imaginations.




All in all, though funding for student's social activities virtually play roles in the development of students, to


improve students' meals may exert more benefits, both for students and schools. Even to parents, who do consider the


health of children as the first task, are more willing to see their children enjoy better food.
