答案选E，但是并没有解决重点并没有放在新车多，NO2减少得少的矛盾上啊，而A 明确说了新车是多啊，但大部分新车都造于93年以前，都没有安装转换器，于是大家买的新车也大部分没有安装转换器。我觉得这个很好地解决了矛盾呢~

A选项，只说明了93年前的车多，但没有说明它与排放之间的主要联系。相比之下，E选项，直接质疑了转换器的功效，从而直接说明了减少排放不利的原因。
