标题: 求教：OG13 SC 03 “Hope for” 用法
Although a surge in retail sales have raised hopes that there is arecovery finally under way, manyeconomists say that without a large amount of spending the recovery might notlast.
(D) has raised hopes that a recovery isfinally
(E) raised hopes for a recovery finally
OG对E选项的解释:"For a recovery finally is awkward and -- to the extent that is can be seen as grammatical -- does not make sense"
我的疑问
1，OG的解释怎么理解，哪里awkward，为什么make no sense?
2，hope for 后面是可以接名词的，那么OG为什么解释说E选项一定程度上是语法错误？求指教~~
（忽略E选项的时态raised问题哈）

我在想是不是因为正确选项是一个同位语从句，但是错误选项; rise hopes for ，for recovery成了定语，
